DMCA & Copyright Policy

We respect creators' rights and respond to valid notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512).

Report infringement

Send a notice to our designated copyright agent at letshavefunapp@mail.tab.bot with the subject "DMCA notice". Please include:

Your name, address, phone number and email.
A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
The link(s) to the content on our Service you want removed.
This statement: "I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
This statement: "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright."
Your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to the content and notify the person who posted it.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with: your contact details; the removed content and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or New York, if outside the US); and your signature. We may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.

Content shared without consent

If intimate content of you was posted without your consent, you don't need to file a DMCA notice. Use the report button in the app or email letshavefunapp@mail.tab.bot, and we will remove it as a priority.
