This Privacy Policy explains what information Let's Have Fun Together ("we", "us", "the app") collects through this website and our app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at letshavefunapp@mail.tab.bot.

The short version: we collect what we need to run the app and keep it safe, we never sell your personal information, your ID documents are never shown to other users, and you can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

Let's Have Fun Together is a social app for adults 18 and over, operated by a company based in New York, USA. The service is offered only to people in the United States.

2. Information we collect

On this website:

Your email address, if you join the early-access list, plus the date you signed up.
Your 18+ confirmation, which is saved on your own device (in your browser's local storage) so you don't see the age check every visit.
Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used for security and to keep the site working.

In the app (when it launches):

Account details: email, phone number (if you add one), password (stored encrypted), nickname and date of birth.
Profile details you choose to add: photos, bio, real name, age, city and interests. You control who sees each of these.
Location: the ZIP code you enter or your approximate location if you allow it. We round it to roughly 1 km before saving and only ever show others a rough distance (like "~3 mi"), never your exact location.
Content and messages: posts, comments, messages, live streams and the reports you file.
Identity verification: if you want to post photos or videos or go live, a photo of your government ID and a selfie. See section 4.
Payments: creators' payout details and buyers' payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card or bank numbers.
Usage and device data: app activity, device type, crash logs and IP address, used for security, fraud prevention and to improve the app.

3. How we use your information

To create and run your account and the app's features.
To confirm that every user is 18+ and that creators are who they say they are.
To keep the community safe: reviewing reports, detecting spam, fraud and banned activity, and scanning uploads for illegal content.
To process payments and creator payouts.
To send you service emails and, if you agreed, launch news and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
To meet our legal obligations, including record-keeping for creator content and reporting child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by law.

4. ID and selfie verification

We use a third-party identity verification provider (such as Veriff, Persona or Yoti) to check that a creator's ID is real and matches their selfie. The provider processes your ID image and selfie on our behalf, under a contract that only allows it to use them for verification and fraud prevention. Your ID and selfie are never shown to other users. Face matching is used only to confirm your identity, not for any other purpose. ID records are kept private, encrypted, accessible only to authorized staff, and every access is logged. We keep them for as long as the law requires for creator records, and otherwise delete them when they are no longer needed.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:

With service providers who help us run the app (hosting, email, identity verification, payment processing, content safety scanning), under contracts that limit their use of it.
With other users, only what you choose to make visible on your profile and in your posts and messages.
With partners you choose to visit. When you tap a hotel, club, ticket or shop link, you go to the partner's site, and that partner's own privacy policy applies there. The link may tell the partner that you came from us, so we can earn a commission. We do not give partners your name, email or profile.
When the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or to report illegal activity (for example, reports to NCMEC or responses to valid legal requests).
If our company is merged or sold, in which case this policy continues to protect your information.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view, edit or delete your profile information at any time in the app. You can also email us to:

Get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correct information that is wrong.
Delete your account and personal information (some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as creator verification records).
Unsubscribe from marketing emails (or use the link in any email).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither); and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use ID and selfie data only for verification). We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Residents of other states with privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and others) have similar rights, and we honor them for all US users. To make a request, email letshavefunapp@mail.tab.bot with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within 45 days.

7. Security and retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and audit logs to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Early-access emails are deleted if you unsubscribe or within 12 months after launch if you don't create an account.

8. Adults only, US only

This website and the app are only for people 18 and over in the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has given us information, we delete it and close the account. If you believe a minor is using the app, email us right away.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
