Terms of Use

Welcome to Let's Have Fun Together. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Let's Have Fun Together ("we", "us") and apply to this website and our app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
- You must live in the United States.
- You must not have been banned from the Service before, and you must not be legally barred from using it.
- Some features, like posting photos or videos, going live, or selling content, require you to pass an ID and selfie check first.
2. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private, and don't share or sell your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at letshavefunapp@mail.tab.bot if you think someone else is using it.
3. Your content
- You own the content you post. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute it within the Service so the Service can work. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep by law.
- You promise that everyone shown in your content is 18 or older, agreed to be recorded and posted, and that you have the right to post it.
- We may remove any content or account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or that we believe puts people at risk.
4. What's not allowed
The full list is in our Community Guidelines. In short, you may not:
- Post or share anything involving a minor, or anything sexual without everyone's consent.
- Buy, sell or advertise sex, escort services, "sugar" arrangements or any paid meetup.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, scam or impersonate anyone.
- Download, screen-record, repost or resell other people's content.
- Post anything illegal, or break anyone's copyright or other rights.
- Use bots, scrapers or fake accounts, or try to break or get around our security.
5. Creators and payments
Verified creators can sell locked posts and subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Each payment is split automatically: 90% is paid directly to the creator's own bank account and 10% goes to us as a platform fee. Creators are responsible for their own taxes. Only legal content may be sold. We may hold or reverse payments involved in fraud, chargebacks or rule violations.
6. Partner bookings and the shop
The Service links to third-party partners for hotels, rentals, nightlife, tickets, experiences and products. When you book or buy, your contract is with that partner, on their terms and their prices. We are not responsible for partners' products, services or websites. We may earn a commission from partner links; see our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Meeting people in real life
We don't run criminal background checks on users, and ID verification does not guarantee anyone's behavior. Meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and report anything that worries you. You are responsible for your own interactions with other users.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or where the law requires it.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
10. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law. Before filing any claim, please contact us at letshavefunapp@mail.tab.bot so we can try to fix the problem informally.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in advance and ask you to accept the new version in the app.
